I really really really cannot handle OT anymore. It’s too stressful and pressurizing. I had to do everything by myself. Costing, evaluating, drawing, corr replies, meeting, site inspection and so many other unforeseen circumstances site issue to resolve…. I’m really going crazi liao… they issue the wrong set of drawing and you ganna blame for nothing… I’ve had enough of all these.
Everyday email and phone ask for these and that. Sm not doing their work and I get all the blame. They themselves are the consultants, we are of same level… why must I always be the one who ganna. Now the PM is playing funni games as well…
Should I tender now????
